On Tuesday, September 22, 2020, the University\’s Academic Relations and International Cooperation Department participated in the meeting of the WHEEL project which deals with developing the performance of higher education institutions in Libya. The meeting was held under the presidency of the Spanish University of Alicante and with the participation of the University of Benghazi, University of Tripoli, Sebha University, Al-Marqab University, Misurata University, Zawia University, Asmara University, in addition to the Libyan International Medical University. During the meeting, the current situation of Libyan universities in the field of quality as well as the measures to be taken for the development and accreditation were discussed.
