Prof. Abdullah El-Mansoury, \”University Vice Dean for Public Affairs\” and Dr. Salma Bukhatwa, “Director of the Academic Relations and International Cooperation Office at the University”, participated in the meetings held on Monday June 21^stand Tuesday June 22^nd, in the presence of the European partners, the Director of the Erasmus National Office and the Libyan partners from the universities of Tripoli, Zawiya, Misurata, Bin Walid, Sirte, Sebha, Benghazi, Najem Al-Satee, Al Asmari and Al Marqab. During the meeting, the difficulties facing the project and how to overcome them were discussed.

It is worth mentioning that the WHEEL project is concerned with developing the performance of higher education institutions in Libya.[
